Our Philosophy

At Collins Fascial Therapy & Wellness, we believe the body was beautifully designed with an incredible capacity to heal. Our philosophy is rooted in the belief that true healing begins by addressing the underlying causes of dysfunction rather than simply managing symptoms. Through holistic bodywork and a root-cause approach, we help support the nervous system, release fascial restrictions, and restore balance within the body.

As a faith-based practice, we believe God created the body with the ability to heal and function as it was designed. Our role is to help remove obstacles that may be interfering with that process and create an environment where healing can occur. We are honored to walk alongside infants, children, adults, and families, providing compassionate care that supports spiritual, emotional, and physical well-being.
Our Practitioners
Guided by faith and rooted in compassion, our practitioners bring advanced specialized training in fascia-based bodywork and nervous system regulation to support the body's natural ability to heal.

Chelsea Collins, RN
Chelsea Collins is a wife, mother of three boys, pediatric registered nurse (RN), International Board-Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) and bodyworker. She is passionate about helping families find answers when something doesn't feel right or when they feel they have exhausted all other options.

Her journey into bodywork is deeply personal. While navigating tethered oral tissues, birth trauma, feeding challenges, and nervous system dysregulation with her youngest son, she was introduced to Craniosacral Therapy and bodywork for the first time. The changes she witnessed were so profound that they completely changed the course of her life and career. What began as a search for answers for her own child became a calling to help other families experience the same hope and healing.

Through both her years of pediatric nursing and her own experience as a mother, she has seen firsthand how underlying tension patterns, fascial restrictions, and nervous system dysregulation can sometimes go unrecognized in traditional healthcare settings. That realization inspired her to pursue specialized training:

-- Craniosacral Therapy (CST): Upledger Institute
-- Craniosacral Fascial Therapy (CFT): the Gillespie Approach
-- Dynamic Body Balancing

-- International Board-Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC)

She believes God created the body with an incredible capacity to heal. Her role is to help uncover and address the root cause of dysfunction, remove barriers to healing, and support the body's natural ability to function as it was designed. Today, she blends her holistic pediatric nursing background with advanced holistic bodywork modalities to help infants, children, adults, and families find greater comfort, regulation, function, and wellness.

Through nervous system-focused bodywork, she helps infants, children, adults, and mothers release tension patterns, restore balance, and support greater comfort, regulation, and function.

Kristie is passionate about walking alongside mothers during pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and the breastfeeding journey. Whether preparing the body for labor and birth, supporting fourth-trimester healing, combining lactation support with bodywork, or providing nurturing postpartum care in the home, her goal is to help mothers feel supported, empowered, and cared for. Every lactation appointment includes bodywork because she believes feeding support and nervous system regulation go hand in hand, allowing us to address both function and the underlying tension patterns that may be contributing to feeding challenges.

While she passionate about supporting mothers and babies, Kristie also works with adults seeking relief from chronic tension, pain, stress, nervous system dysregulation, headaches, TMJ dysfunction, postural imbalances, and movement restrictions. Through a blend of massage therapy, Craniosacral Therapy, Dynamic Body Balancing, and myofascial techniques, she helps clients uncover and address the root cause of discomfort while supporting the body's natural ability to heal.

It is her honor to serve infants, children, adults, and families with compassionate, whole-person care that supports physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
